Jim Taylor

Jim Taylor, MS, LCCA, is currently the Assistant Administrator for Residential Services for the Cal Farley’s organization. He has been in the childcare field since 1981. His experience in the childcare field includes; childcare worker, houseparent, foster care caseworker, program director, as well as numerous administrative positions. Jim has been with the Cal Farley organization since November of 1997, and has been a Licensed Childcare Administrator since 1994.

For the past 15 years, Jim provided training for numerous conferences and organizations on a wide range of topics including Social Work Ethics, Diversity, the impact of development trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES study), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI ), attachment styles, LSCI, RAP, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.

One of the highlights of Jim’s career was to co-train LSCI with Suzanne Wright for the Woolaning Homeland Christian College in Woolaning, Australia, in December of 2014.

Jim has a wonderful wife, Maggie, and two wonderful daughters, Claire and Paige.
