School is a mountain. You climb a mountain one step at a time, going over humps and holes and boulders. To make it to the top you must be encouraged and you must be an encourager. I hope you find this first year teacher’s enthusiasm as contagious as I did and that you can use some of this energy to find ways to encourage and be encouraged as you start this new school year.
